[wplug-board] Jan. board meeting

According to my notes (which may be wrong), we were going to meet
as a board on the Monday before each general WPLUG meeting.  This
would put our next meeting on January 4.

Does this jibe with your recollection?  Does this date work for
you?  What time/location?
