Hmm, I'm not 100% certain, but I don't think so.  AFAIK, a business
meeting can only be rescheduled at a valid meeting.

If we are going with the concept of a discussion-only (no formal
business) meeting for April, however, we can hold it essentially
whenever we like and pick up any business at the May 12 meeting.
