I've added a wiki page for the October meeting.  It's still rather
"frameworky".  Patrick, have you decided which talk you're going to
do?

The page includes the ballot, which I've removed Chris from.  Please
take a moment to look it over and see if all is well.  If I hear
nothing back by the end of today, I'll make an official announcement.
