[wplug-board] Draft ballot for next month's election

I've put up a draft copy of the election ballot:

My plan is to post this officially before the end of the weekend.
Please take a moment to look it over and report any typos or other
things that need changed.

Two related items:
* The vote page http://www.wplug.org/vote/ should be updated.  If
  nobody else has time, I'll make the change, but I don't have an
  account to update it on the site.
* Do we have a date for the October meeting?  I could have swore
  this was covered at the board meeting, but I can't find it in
  my notes.
