FYI, I have established an account with Linode.  Their billing is
a bit idiosyncratic - they billed me $13.97 for the remainder of
September, then at the end of the month they will bill me $239.40
for a year of service.  This is still within our $300 authorized
amount, so I'll get a check from Mike H. for the additional cost.
