I tried coming up with a simpler syntax for making edits to the
2008 goals page (see the top of the page).  Hopefully it won't
end up getting too confusing.  I imagine there will be few enough
changes that we can keep it straight; if not, we can discuss it
here on the list or on the
<http://wplug.ece.cmu.edu/wiki/index.php?title=Talk:WPLUG_Board_2008_Goals>
page.
