Okay, the approval of funding will be an issue for next monday's meeting.  In the meantime, we *need* to see an accounting of the costs related to this decision, who will have their name on the account, and what was done for competitive shopping.

Will the Internet committee folks doing this, please consider looking at:

It's important to fill out the funding request form as it provides a paper trail of where we're spending our money and what for.  It's really vague to say that something is within our budget when a budget has not been defined.
