I didn't take it badly.  They were all good suggestions.

You lost me here.  Per my other email, there's the question as to
whether we're going to have the business meeting in Feb or March, but
aside from that, I'm lost by the Jan 13th date.

Nothing scheduled.  Right now I think we need to focus on getting something
ready for the January meeting.  I'll post something to -plan asking for
volunteers.  Duncan H. commented that he might be interested in doing
something on AFS come summer -- I told him we'd be happy to know about
it _now_ so that we can at least have _some_ meetings scheduled.
