[wplug-board] Comments on the WPLUG survey

I was reluctant to change anything on the Wiki, so here are my
comments:

*) Would we benefit from having a question 1a: If not a member, why not?
*) I like the idea of having question 5 by category, but I'm not sure
   what the categories would be.

Actually, I thought I had a lot more comments, but looking it over now,
it looks good.  If I think of anything else, I'll holler.
