[wplug-board] march 10th meeting

Just an advance notice, there's probably a 50/50 chance that I'll be in 
California for the March 10th meeting and possibly for the board meeting 
the next Monday.  Which means that Vance will need to run the meeting 
and we'll need to find more folks to talk about "how do I do that".  Not 
sure about board meeting yet.

It's open sourcey though -- I'm going to EclipseCon.
