[wplug-board] Committee reports for 8 Dec

Those of you who are on committees that have something significant
to report to the business meeting Saturday, please send your written
reports to Beth Lynn (and it'd be a good idea to bring a copy also).

If you don't have anything specific to report, it's best not to
start a general, rambling conversation that will drag out the
meeting.  :)

It's also not too early to start thinking about the Board meeting
on Monday evening.  You can add topics to the wiki page at
