My apologies for missing Monday's meeting.  I was out of town.

Not sure how I got my schedule mixed up that I didn't realize that I
wouldn't be making the meeting, but I can't blame this on anyone or
anything else -- I had plenty of warning that I wasn't going to make
it, I just didn't notice somehow.
