My apologies for the meeting not happening today.  It was iffie to begin
with, but with no Vance and no Beth, I believed it better not to do a
meeting.  Vance, we hope you're doing well and that nothing bad happened
on your way to find Bill.  We'll meet again on December 11th at 7pm.
Thanks to Dave for driving in, I really appreciate it, and it was good
chatting.

In the mean time, consider Vance's ideas about who should lead the
comittees.  Also, consider how we work our 1,3, and 5 year plans into
actions.

Also, I'd like each person to find a binder and create a binder for
their office with relevant documents in it.  Example:

Secretary:
* Paper copies of minutes
* Paper copy of members list (dated)
* Schedule
* Passwords for administrative stuff

Treasurer:
* Bank Statements
* Register (print from JGnash)

Vice-Chair:
* Not sure...

Chair:
* Schedule
* Contact Information
* Copies of 1,3, and 5 year plans

Try to bring these meetings as it avoids needing to search for stuff.
Also, this way it's much easier to do handoff than having to worry about
dozens of files in different formats.
