[wplug-board] membership list

Hello,

As far as I know, the only board members that have access to said 
membership db is myself and Dave O.

The only people in my opinion who ought to have access are Mark D (since 
he's the chief webmaster) and the current board.

I'd like to see all board members do the following
1. Go create a www.wplug.org webpage account. Dave, Patrick and I have 
completed this step.
http://www.wplug.org/admin/
2. Tell Mark D your www.wplug.org username so that he can turn the acls on
3. login after Mark D sets your acls. then go to 
http://www.wplug.org/membership/admin
