Folks,

for future reference, I am NOT in favor of counting new people toward the membership quorum for that day.  My reason is because otherwise people could get a bunch of their friends to show up to a meeting and then pass all sorts of crazy stuff because only a few people would be able to vote.

We should discuss this at the April 12 board meeting.
