Often, when folks from companies give these sorts of technical talks they're limited to 30 minute sessions at conferences or those sorts of things.  It might be helpful to send him a proposed schedule and let him know he has more time if he'd like it.

I'm sorry, Patrick. I knew that Bob Good was the speaker on April
29th, but the reservation of NSH 3305 slipped my mind.

Sending a schedule is a good idea, BTW. We should always do that, even
when our own members are presenting.
