Bill Powell never registered. So we could not take his money.

Hold on to $10.00. That portion is not WPLUG's. At least, not yet. The
remaining portion of the amount that he sent was compensation for a
booklet that we gave him. I'm not sure that he had to pay for that,
either, but Beth knows more about that than I do.
