I'm too annoyed with email in general to figure out why this wasn't
delivered in September when I first sent it.

Subject: Pending resignation

Last December I resigned as the lug chair with secret plans to resign from
the board this December. Since we haven't really made any progress in
electing/appointing new board members, I thought I would give more notice.
So consider this my 14 weeks notice.

I'm still willing to be the lug sysadmin, I just don't have time to be
responsible for making decisions and helping to push the lug forward.
