Hello,

In as much as I would be tempted to "let sleeping dogs lie"
I believe that it is our responsibility to make an attempt to
return the $5 to $person. A small note should be included to
communicate that the board has not approved his application for
membership. Again, we will ask him not to return to meetings
due to his threats to make a disturbance.

I hope to draft something tactful. I'd appreciate it if you each
could meet with me somehow to sign.
