[wplug-board] proposed emergency meeting

I'm at work right now, and I'll try to respond more fully to the issues 
when I get home tonight. I just wanted to pipe up and say that I'm pretty 
free to go almost anywhere nearly anytime before 9 AM (ha!) or after 6PM 
after tomorrow.
