[wplug-board] Spam talk canceled, plan B...

Damn.  Why that late cancellation?  I'd almost rather have topic-less meeting 
than have a presentation that was thrown together at the last minute.  We 
could try to do lightning talks, but it the meeting is probably too soon for 
that.  What do you guys think?
