True. If we're going to archive it, we may as well make it wplug-admin.

Yeah, I was thinking this as well. wplug-x at wplug.org does seem to have 
one-too-many wplugs in it. Perhaps x-list?

It seems like it would be easiest to set them up in mailman, and this 
would be James' domain now.
