My only thought at the moment is this sounds like a decree of what we will 
be doing, and since Evan and Rob were not at the meeting they might have 
other suggestions, comments or greivances with the document.

It is however a good listing of what went on at the meeting that we as a 
board can look over and discuss before we make a big public announcement.
