[wplug-announce] WPLUG Twitter account

Some folks may have observed that (until very recently), there was a 
"wplug" Twitter account that was inactive, and appeared to have been 
vandalized.  We aren't sure what happened with that account, we talked 
to a number of people, no one associated with WPLUG in any official 
capacity opened the account, and nobody else we talked to remembered 
doing so either.  It appears the account had been completely inactive 
since 2009.

After some discussions with Twitter, we were able to get the Twitter 
name "wplug" released to us, for our use.  If you use Twitter, you are
