Hello Everyone,

Just a remainder for all, WPLUG will be holding its regular monthly
meeting this Saturday, November 13, 2010 from 2p until 5p at the
Panera Bread in the Galleria Mall, Mt. Lebanon.

The first item of business is the election for the WPLUG 2010/2011
Board of Directors.  The candidates on the ballot are:

Terence Golightly
James Harris
Vance Kochenderfer
Stanley Slomberg
Robert Turley

Write-in nominations are also accepted.  Members are encouraged to
attend to cast his or her ballot at the meeting.

WPLUG will be presenting two excellent speakers.  First, Robert
Blackwell will be speaking about the Arduino, a microcontroller-based
embedded device which can be interfaced with a number of sensors and
controllers.  Second, Mark Dalrymple, principal author of Learn
Objective-C on the Mac, will talk about Objective-C, the principal
language for programming Macs and iPhones (for use on Linux and
Microsoft platforms too).

Refreshments for the event will be provided by WPLUG.
