[Penguins-care] names for the group

I like wplug cares and wplug outreach.  Why use Linux if it is wplug that is 
sponsoring the charity?   Humanitarian is a bit too officious a word, but what 
does everyone else think?

MLIS, should be finished soon.  No, I don't know when.  It is for "tweens" and

so just hang in there.  It'll be finished before you know it.   (At least I hope
