minutes for dec membership meeting are missing. Vance will help reconstruct.
check for member Pat Barron has not yet been cashed. no one is holding onto Pat's check
Mike Hansell lost the key to the mailbox. Post Office will replace the missing key for an undetermined minimal cost.
A motion passed to buy a new key if the fee is under $25
