We will have an InstallFest on Saturday, February 7, 2009 at 10 A.M. to 4 P.M. at the Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh's Brookline Branch on Brookline Blvd.
There will be wireless internet for library card holders. A wired network will also be set up. Please note the acceptable use policy on the InstallFest page.

From 11am to noon, Vance Kochenderfer will be giving an introductory presentation titled You can do that in Linux?
Yes, you can:
- Work on word processing documents and spreadsheets
- Visit your favorite web sites
- Download and manage photos from your digital camera
- Contact your friends by e-mail and instant message
- Manage your music collection and connect to your portable player
